Kristall Plaza
Kristall Plaza Niederau is located in the age-old ski village of Niederau, Wildschönau. The complex is directly adjacent to the ski lifts and the slope of the Markbachjoch. There are 5 magnificent apartments, and on the top floor there is a super-luxurious, comfortable penthouse. The apartments are suited for 4 to 10 persons. Most homes have a terrace or balcony. All apartments have a wonderful panoramic view of the village of Niederau, the descent of the Markbachjoch and the surrounding mountains. The orientation of the complex is to the south. In Kristall Plaza is also a restaurant, called Glennie’s!

Niederau during the winter
The age-old ski village of Niederau is located in the beautiful area of the Wildschönau. This area currently belongs to the ‘top 10 of best ski areas of Tirol’. Since 2012 the Wildschönau has been connected to the ski area of the Alpbachtal with one of the most modern cable railway, taking you to a superb ski area with 110 km of ski slopes. This makes the area suited for skiers and snowboarders of every level. Both for families with small children and professional cracks who prefer black, mogul slopes and deep-snow descents. Cross-country skiers and mountain hikers can also enjoy the vast and attractive nature area of the Wildschönau.
Niederau during the summer
The virtually pristine nature area of the Wildschönau is one of the oldest ski areas of Tirol, but in summer also constitutes a lovely holiday location in the mountains. In summers the Wildschönau cards gives you access to the lifts, various outdoor (mountain) sports, paragliding, tennis, swimming, horseback riding and last but not least golfing on the many golf courts in the direct surroundings – it is all possible in the Wildschönau.
